Dhade Government Strategy Group provides advocacy to help like minded individuals and organizations work to influence through empowerment. Community activism, sustainable development, fighting against systemic barriers helping everyone live to their full potential are just some of many examples of initiatives and causes we support. Through education and outreach we offer comprehensive strategic advice on government engagement, inter-jurisdictional liaison and information, while working with non-profits, charities, and NGOs.
ABOUT
After fifteen years of progressively more senior roles with various levels of government, I had the opportunity to work within the non-profit sector working with communities, people and causes that felt tangibly like they were making a difference. I realized that while I’d had the opportunity to work with many wonderful organizations, I wanted to take my public policy, government and advocacy efforts and transition my focus towards helping to influence change.
Linking with people and organizations that work towards helping better the possibilities and quality of peoples lives drives my sense of purpose. Ensuring that fighting against systemic barriers, a sustainable clean future, and opportunities for all continue to be part of what generations can continue to enjoy well into the future drives my sense of passion to purpose.
Aneep Dhade has held progressively senior roles with provincial and regional governments as well as the non profit and finance sectors. This has included Intergovernmental Affairs, Cabinet Office, Ministries responsible for Energy, Infrastructure, Economic Development, Health and Social Services. She had held senior policy, program and communications roles where she has worked with Deputy Ministers offices. She has also worked with United Way of Greater Toronto helping to engage and drive philanthropic corporate initiatives and champion youth engagement, as well as volunteered at various charities. Most recently Aneep has advocated for a cleaner greener and fairer future for all as a former candidate in recent elections in her home community. Born and raised in the Toronto area I am a proud Canadian and would like to continue to encourage others to think with the lens of being caring global citizens.
